recent versions of valgrind (>= 2.1.0) use a different interface version. due to those changes calltree 0.9.6 doesn't work with them anymore

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge valgrind 2.0.0
2.emerge calltree 0.9.6
3.emerge valgrind 2.1.0

Actual Results:  
calltree 0.9.6 unfunctional due to interface differences between valgrind 2.0.0 
and valgrind 2.1.0


simply copy the calltree 0.9.6 ebuild. it can be used without changes to create 
a calltree 0.9.7 ebuild
