When the system tries to emerge dev-libs/pwlib, it first tries:
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/pwlib_1.2.20.tar.gz
Then it tries:
http://www.openh323.org/bin/pwlib_1.2.20.tar.gz

Both fail with ERROR 404: Not Found. My update world then aborts.

for some reason, we do not have this file on our bibster mirror, and openh323
has indeed removed it, in favour of the 1.3 series of pwlibs...

shall we just mask the whole thing or unmask 1.3?

openh323.org removed all the openh323-1.8.x series files and all the pwlib-1.2.x
series files.  Moved SRC_URI to the gnomemeeting site and downgraded to the
versions available there.
