Since willikins is pretty often AWOL, I'd like to set it up to an infra box so that more of us can pick him up when he's down. Any objections? (And if not, instructions/doc/guide on how to set it up would be appreciated as well)

Not happening for now, the codebase doesn't scale to any more channels and is under-maintained.

It needs to be replaced by a true multi-instance shared-database bot.
