The newest version of dev-util/boost-build::gentoo is 1.53.0_beta1, but the newest version of dev-libs/boost::gentoo is 1.53.0.
Yes, I haven't committed it yet. I guess I can do that later, for now this is NOT going to be unmasked, and 1.53.0_beta1 works fine for 1.53.0 so I don'tfeel it as urgent... I'd rather get the failures solved.
(In reply to comment #1) > I'd rather get the failures solved. Failures in reverse dependencies of Boost or failures inside Boost?
Reverse deps.
The advantage of adding dev-util/boost-build-1.53.0 is that users, who unmasked these packages, will not have to download separate boost_1_53_0_beta1.tar.bz2, whose size is over 53 MiB.
Now you have two choices: - keep wasting my time replying to this bug; - letting me finish to do what I was doing before I can get to commit that ebuild. Guess which one is getting there sooner?
