But i got it when i run iwlist scan
Which driver are you using? You could try brcmsmac, according to http://wiki.debian.org/brcm80211 your card is supported. As you are using the wext interface, you might try switching to the newer nl80211 interface. Can you also try =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.7.6 to see whether it is resolved there? `echo "sys-kernel/gentoo-sources" >> /etc/portage/package.accept_keywords`
Also take a look at using net-wireless/iw (http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Documentation/iw) instead of net-wireless/wireless-tools if you switch to the newer nl80211 interface, since the old tools use the old interface and the newer tools use the newer interface.
Problem was in broadcom-sta. I switched to brcmsmac and now wireless worked fine. Thanks for help.
