i have lftp'ed http://www.live.com/liveMedia/public/ and the only release tarball is 2004.03.23 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge media-plugins/live
