Currently, the package name is rime-data but the upstream project name is brise (though it DOES provide the data needed by rime).

And I mailed to author, he suggest we use brise instead of rime-data.

So we should rename the package from app-i18n/rime-data to app-i18n/brise.

As for the version, app-i18n/rime-data-0.9.6 is exactly brise-0.16 (there is a rime-0.9.6 tag on github when the author tag brise-0.16). And there is a new version, brise-0.18 (however the author doesn't tag a rime-0.x.x).

I have discussed this issue with yngwin, we see no benefits of simply renaming the package, the final installed files have no change. so we decide to keep the package name （rime-data), but switch source code to upstream's release version (will drop the githube's).
