An all-in-one application that makes management and monitoring of a ftp-server as easy as possible. PureAdmin is there to provide help and sane default-values for those who are not familiar with all the functions of the server. An administrator could use PureAdmin as an alternative - or even better - as a complement to the text-mode utilities distributed with PureFTPd. It uses the GTK+2.x widgets for its GUI and thus are not dependent on a specific desktop environment such as GNOME or KDE. It is, however, designed with the GNOME Human Interface Guidelines in mind so it should integrate nicely with at least GNOME.

Is the source code downloadable from somewhere? I will gladly make an ebuild, if you can't, but the source code has to be downloadable first.
Ok, I have found out that it is downloadable from sourceforge.net and have written and submitted an ebuild right away. The ebuild is in bug 45503 (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45503), so if you want to use it in your PORTDIR_OVERLAY, you can fetch it from there. I am also setting dependency of this bug on #45503. Devs, sorry if this is not desired.
pureadmin-0.1.10 is now in portage. Thanks for the package suggestion.
