Actual poco (1.4.3_p1) conflicts with newest php (stable) :

!!! Multiple package instances within a single package slot have been pulled
!!! into the dependency graph, resulting in a slot conflict:

dev-libs/libpcre:3

  (dev-libs/libpcre-8.30-r2::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    <=dev-libs/libpcre-8.31 required by (dev-libs/poco-1.4.3_p1::gentoo, installed)

  (dev-libs/libpcre-8.33::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    >=dev-libs/libpcre-8.32[unicode] required by (dev-lang/php-5.4.17::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)

So this bump is sorely needed ;)

poco-1.4.5-r1 already works with libpcre-8.32, seems like someone missed that during stabilization process, anyway, that is a different issue and story

1.4.6_p1 was added some days ago, so closing this one
