While building an vtk (www.vtk.org) aplication which uses

libOSMesa.so.4 (part of ati drivers)

I get this error when I link the executable:

/usr/X11R6/lib/libOSMesa.so.4: undefined reference to `_glapi_noop_enable_warnings'

when I toggle the OpenGL libraries to xfree with opengl-update xfree, linking goes on without broblem. but with opengl-update ati I get previous error.

Hello,

in attachment is file bug.full-report where I describe my problem with building
vtk-4.2.x versiions (see publc.kitware.com). Several files with kernel X emerge
info and vtk config are attached too.

That's interesting, considering ati-drivers doesn't provide libOSMesa.so.
Comment 5 Matthew Tippett 2004-04-25 17:25:41 UTC
I think I may have found the problem...

I will work with Luca to confirm.
