if you try to emerge evolution 1.4.6, it emerges libgtkhtml-3.0.10 before gal-1.99.11 However, libgtkhtml refuses to build unless that version of gal is already present.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Without the new versions of gtkhtml and gal, emerge evolution 1.4.6
2.

Actual Results:  
gtkhtml failed at configure stage, missing version >= 1.99.11 of libgal

Expected Results:  
installed libgal first

error if without new gal:

configure: error: Library requirements (libgnomeui-2.0 >= 1.112.1 libgnomeprint-2.2 >= 2.2.0 libgnomeprintui-2.2 >= 2.2.1 libglade-2.0 >= 2.0.0 gal-2.0 >= 1.99.11) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

Not like it wouldn't be clear already, but can confirm here. libgtkhtml needs it's dependancy upped with the new gal too. Probably the ebuild was just renamed without gal dependency check for new version.
