Apache2: 2.0.48-r4, and prior i think

Reproduce:
- killall -9 apache2
- /etc/init.d/apache2 zap
- /etc/init.d/apache2 start --> failed

- rm /var/run/apache2.pid & /etc/init.d/apache2 start --> ok

can u confirm this?

PS: same appens with ssh script

This has been resolved in apache-2.0.49. Please upgrade
