Description eric.williams 2004-03-21 21:32:29 UTC
The TUX table has a multiball mode (the upper right cave), and a method of saving TUXes by hitting the left cave, after doing increasingly complicated sequences (which aren't a factor here). However, during multiball, if a TUX is ready to be saved, apparently the logic got slightly confused, and the ball was left stuck in the left cave.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The TUX table just sat there after I eventually lost the other balls, with the
light blinking over the left cave and the ball stuck therein.

Expected Results:
I'm not exactly sure; probably either a TUX should be saveable during multiball
or the ball just kicked out.

I believe you, but I can't reproduce it. I've saved Tux during multiball before
and the ball didn't get stuck in the left cave. However, the bug has been
reported at the sourceforge project page: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=882716&group_id=43821&atid=437484

According to the news at http://pinball.sourceforge.net/, this project is
dead upstream, so I think I'm going to mark this but as CANTFIX.
