Due to the MAKEOPTS option in the sparc config.sh, sparc cann't reliably build kernels.  After talking with johnm on IRC, he advised me to make this bug to alert you to the problem, and that it's been fixed in CVS.

Fixed config.sh for sparc32 has been commited to CVS.  Please roll out a new release when possible.
