Arches, please test and mark stable =net-analyzer/sarg-2.3.3

Target keywords: amd64 ppc x86

This will bring fix for bug #436494 in stable branch

=net-analyzer/sarg-2.3.3 doesn't exist, so should we test 2.3.3-r1 or 2.3.4?

sorry, i mean =net-analyzer/sarg-2.3.3-r1 of course, 2.3.4 is too early to stabilize
