Hello,

We have set up a new rsync mirror for portage. The ip address for the mirror is 217.144.248.106 and the hostname is gentoo.ralingen.kommune.no.

The server is located in R

We have set up a new rsync mirror for portage. The ip address for the mirror is 217.144.248.106 and the hostname is gentoo.ralingen.kommune.no.

The server is located in Rælingen, Norway and is a part of Rælingen governmental county. 

I hope Gentoo can add us as an official rsync mirror for portage.

Thanks for helping out Gentoo. I have added the IP you specified in the bug to our access database, please start synching to rsync1.us.gentoo.org per our Rsync document at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/rsync.xml. After a period of days I will check to make sure the timestamps are up to date and then add you into the appropriate rotation. We would like to add you to the gentoo-mirrors Mailing List, as we send our notifications of updates, releases, and changes in policy to the mirrors. Once again, thanks for the hardware and bandwidth!

My apologies. I have updated it. You are indeed now in the rsync.no.gentoo.org rotation as rsync3.no.gentoo.org. Thanks for the reminder, Gentoo appreciates the hardware and bandwidth!
