Hi,

update net-dialup/isdm4k-utils-ebuild to work again.

Within the tar.gz:
- isdn4k-utils-3.1_p1-r4.ebuild
- files/digest-isdn4k-utils-3.1_p1-r4
- files/isdn4k-utils-3.1_p1.config   <---- note: changed
- files/local.start

Some changes.

- fixed broken isdn4k-utils to work with gentoo
- the config file was changed to build
- added an example of /etc/conf.d/local.start to see how deal with some isdn-utils
- showing an info to remember: LOAD KERNEL MODULES

Hi,

your patch only work for me when i change the tcl 
version in the file 

files/isdn4k-utils-3.1_p1.config 

line 99 
from   VBOX_TCL='tcl8.1' 
to     VBOX_TCL='tcl8.3'

New version in portage, please test, and tell me if it works... (ASAP, i want 
this package to be on the Gentoo 1.4 boot cd. Thanks!
