Description Andrius Štikonas 2013-01-16 23:43:19 UTC
From the upstream version 5.6 README:

it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or
(at your option) any later version.

along with Umoria, in the files/COPYING file. If not, see

Portage still has version 5.5.2 but it was also rereleased under the GPL (see http://free-moria.sourceforge.net/)

what upstream?
Comment 2 Andrius Štikonas 2013-01-17 09:22:55 UTC
There is a new moria release at http://www.asselstine.com/moria-5.6.tar.gz
Comment 3 Julian Ospald 2013-01-17 14:56:37 UTC
that does not change the license of the old tarball

"The free-moria project strives to change the license of Umoria 5.5.2 ..." doesn't sound like a definitive statement. I'd play it safe and change the license info in the ebuild only after a version bump to 5.6.
Comment 5 Mr. Bones. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2013-01-17 21:00:25 UTC
we'll change the license with the next version.
