Patch to myconfig

As stated on the buildroot mailing list, Samba needs UCLIBC_SUPPORT_AI_ADDRCONFIG, so it would be nice to enable it.

It would also be nice to have LDSO_GNU_HASH_SUPPORT and UCLIBC_HAS_BSD_RES_CLOSE, but it is harder to make a case for those.

At the moment, I am looking at uClibc 0.9.30.1, but I believe that this applies to other versions as well.

the ebuild already has an api for easily enabling options.  use that.
