Some comments:

1. linux-info eclass is inherited indirectly through linux-mod. I'd inherit it directly:

inherit eutils flag-o-matic linux-info linux-mod multilib toolchain-funcs

2 . Keep IUSE alphabetically ordered:

IUSE="debug doc fuse hfs inotify kernel-patch nfs pax_kernel ramfs"

3. Missing || die at lines 119, 132 and 145 in cd commands.
