My xfce-panel was using 40% of system memory!!!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add fsguard to panel
2. Wait one day


Actual Results:  
Used 40% of system memory!

Expected Results:  
Not mess up my system.

All I did was bump the version # up but this seems to work. I'm new to this so
there may be something terribly wrong here.
