Utilities for vserver. Vserver is a The Linux VServer consists of two main parts: 1. The kernel patch. This adds context support to the kernel. Contexts are the heart of the vserver idea. Contexts protect vservers from each other. A process running in a particular context can see only processes in the same context, can use only the IP address assigned to that context, and is blocked from doing things such as making new device nodes (note: even if it's running as root!). 2. The VServer tools. The tools provide commands such as "vserver", which lets you start, stop & enter vservers. They also provide scripts for creating vservers. This package is the VServer tools.

Sorry, if i'm wrong, but it looks like you only attached the path to the ebuild "/tmp/utils/util-vserver-0.29.ebuild" and not the ebuild itself. Same with the patch. Would be great if you could attache the files. You are talking about an kernel patch. Which kernels include that patch or do we need to build something like "vserver-sources"?
You are right. How on earth did that happen? I will find the patch tomorrow. The serverpatch is at http://www.13thfloor.at/vserver/s_release/overview/

comment #3 (kernel-patch): there is already bug #24619 for vserver-sources @tantive: as it seems that you have a productive run at the moment ... maybe you could have a look at that one too? ;)
