Description Martin Mokrejš 2013-01-05 17:55:09 UTC
I looked into the file provided by shrimp and it is a hackish, python script doing the same like the one from emboss but accepting fever arguments and in different format. I propose keeping the one from emboss and the file from shrimp to rename as /usr/bin/extractseq.py.

BTW, /var/tmp/portage/sci-biology/shrimp-2.2.3/image/usr/bin/ contains README file. ;-)
