(no error message) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge edb 2. fails I'm attempting to back out gtk dependant apps or update to gtk2 only. My unmerges of some gtk stuff might be related? It seems unlikely, since edb does not have a gtk dependancy. Although it apparently did at one time according to bug 6998
Gave up on the getting rid of gtk for now, too many things I cared about hadn't been ported over, reemerged. edb 1.0.3 still failed to emerge. Switched to the 1.0.4.20040313 which is working fine. I suppose I could do a diff between their configure scripts if I cared enough. Both gave similar autoconf warnings.
removed the autogen stuff in 1.0.3
