We need to have USE=static-libs because this package install '.a' files:

/usr/lib64/libgerbv.so.1.0.7
/usr/lib64/libgerbv.so.1
/usr/lib64/libgerbv.so
/usr/lib64/libgerbv.la
/usr/lib64/libgerbv.a
