Doesn't look so as they have no version stabilized in the tree

amd64 didn't have any stabilized version in the tree and was calles as a target.

But that is usually preferred for major arches like amd64 and x86, while "more exotical" ones are usually not stabilized until somebody specifically requests that (and arch team agrees)
