After enabling 'strict' in /etc/make.conf, I cannot emerge minit: the manifest is missing. I've resync'd but it is still missing.

fixed in cvs -- vapier didn't use repoman and also forgot to create the Manifest

Manifest's are a joke which is why i dont take them seriously
