Ok, this looks a lot like http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43822

Anyway, to a user who comes with emerge info like this i usually say first this : sanitize your cflags and then come back. You should make 100% sure its not your problem before filing something.
Comment 2 Jeremy Huddleston (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-03-17 08:20:46 UTC
foser, it's not my cflags, and I already checked 43822 before posting. They are different bugs.

The problem is that GNOME_Gnumeric.h isnt' being found. The other bug did not have this problem. The only similarity is that it failed on compilation of the same source file.
Comment 3 Alastair Tse (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-03-17 15:11:29 UTC
its a parallel build problem, try with MAKEOPTS="-j1"

the orbit idl compiler doesn't finish before gcc starts to use the header files.
Comment 4 Jeremy Huddleston (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-03-17 17:56:43 UTC
Yep, liquidx was right... the parallel build was the culprit.
Comment 5 foser (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-05-26 03:23:47 UTC
does this also happen with .12 ?
Comment 6 Jeremy Huddleston (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-06-15 20:26:24 UTC
1.2.12 compiled fine for me...
