At http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/doc/translators-howto.xml#doc_chap2_sect2 I've found a broken link: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=3&chap=1 should be http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=1 (part 2, not part 3).
