It would be nice to have a link in www.gentoo.org, on the left size, under the "Get Involved" section. Proxy-maintainers is a new way for users to get involved, and it is not advertised enough. Would that be possible?
Even though that sidebar is already too confusing, I've added a link as it won't make the whole thing any worse than it already is. Link title ("help maintain packages") is specifically a call to action, but we can talk about it if you don't like it.
