Even if compiled without any USE-flags the ./configure tests for gnome-doc-utils and fails if it is not installed.

The test was not done in sci-mathematics/genius-1.0.11, and I conjecture that it is superfluous without USE=gnome. However then ./configure would need a patch, and currently eautoreconf does not run without a patch, either.
