I want to translate man pages about gentoo-specific stuff (portage, etc-update, dispatch-conf, etc) to Russian. Where do i need to ask and where to put bugs with updated files?

I think, doc-translations is best, but it is written, that is for 'docs on gentoo.org'

Hi Vladimir,

To translate files provided by projects, you best contact the project itself. For instance, in case of Portage manual pages, contact the portage folks (and/or report bugs towards Portage).

The documentation team indeed doesn't handle this stuff.
