I think, either hb-install-ia64-bootloader need to be made distinct file, or file need to be renamed to hb-install-x86+amd64+ia64-bootloader?

For the time being, I don't see a need to either make it a separate file or rename it (there's no gain in doing any of both). Why do you believe this would benefit us? It is a purely internal aspect anyhow...
