<creationix> the 5.2 compat flag in luajit is all 5.2 features that can be implemented without breaking 5.1 compat

some packages make use of this certain build time flag in luajit, e.g.
https://github.com/luvit/luvit/blob/master/Makefile#L67

it would be very easy with append-cppflags magic to provide such a useflag
