Three new ebuilds for packages to create xdvdfs filing systems. Note xdvdfs-tools has a space in the SRC_URI, I don't think this is allowed by portage so this file will need mirroring (no problem as its gpl).

A note on extract-xiso, it's actually "BSD with attribution" according to the owner, and the source is available but doesn't seem to be easily available from any web site (which is a problem for portage, of course.) Nevertheless I use this app and will be subscribing to this bug so that I can track whatever happens to this version.
FYI, a SourceForge site has just recently been created for extract-xiso: http://sourceforge.net/projects/extract-xiso The latest source there as of writing this is 2.4b2. So anyway if anything happens to check this in, the ebuild would need to be changed to build from source. I'll do this if I get any free time before someone else does it.
