* crash fix in HistoryModel
* crash fix in CloseTab when entering/leaving fullscreen
* crash fix in AdBlockIcon
* fix for possible infinite loop in HistoryModel

patch contains links to github issue/commits.
Fixes are quite simple, 2+3 are really easy to hit, would be great to see them soon in stable.

I selected the file to upload when submitting the bug, but it seems it never reached the server...
So here is the patch.

Let's see if upstream is planning a new release anytime soon. If not, we will apply these fixes.

Apparently not. So I added this to 1.3.5-r1. Please remind us to file a stabilization bug, if I don't do so by the end of the month.
