zen-sources are not maintained anymore and will be removed shortly. I will advice you to switch to another kernel package such as pf-sources.

What do you mean I am not right? I am the maintainer of the gentoo ebuild and I am telling you it is going away :)

then remove bad ebuild from portage tree and confirm this bug?

I will take my time if you don't mind. In the mean time you can clone the sources from https://github.com/damentz/zen-kernel if you don't mind

I think install dir for kernel /usr/src/linux-3.6.99-zen and 3.7.99-zen maybe?
and EAPI=5?

What do you want to remove it? Leave it as it is...
