Some time ago recruiting.g.o was stopped. But we have the following quote:

>>If you want to participate, email the following developers from chapter 3. They will lead you through the process and help you complete the AT quiz on the Gentoo Recruiting Webapp.

I think we should fix it, and replace link to recruiting.g.o by  '*.txt' file.

we are working on the new quiz, so we haven't anything to link atm
