emerge sync, should be fixed in portage. What bothes me ie swhy is blackdown-jdk a dependency for sun's jdk :P I'll have to look at that later.
Please also have a look at bug #44608, my original bug report has been split into two now (44608 and 44642) -- I guess this is causing some unneccessary extra work for you guys. As stated in the other bug report, the dependency on old documentation is released, and after installing blackdown java I could proceed with the sun-j2sdk emerge. That step also failed a little later then (SegFault), but it is an entirely different bug report... Thank you for you helping hand!
