dastergon please fix. As net-proxy/pingtunnel is the older package I recommend to remove net-misc/ptunnel again.
The new package is eapi 5, the old eapi 4. Whichever name remains, the newer ebuild file might be preferable.
I think ptunnel its more proper to be in the net-misc category, because tha most of the tunneling programs exist there (e.g. iodine, httptunnel, proxytunnel). On the other hand this is not a big issue, if you want Lars I can give an update the net-analyzer/pingtunnel with the patch and EAPI 5.
I was just giving a recommendation. Feel free to do whatever you think is best to solve this. I'm fine with each category / package name.
