Ebuilds for dev-util/boost-build-1.51.0 or later contain the following line, which apparently doesn't respect $EPREFIX:

CC=$(tc-getCC) ./build.sh ${toolset} -d+2 $(use_with python python /usr) || die "building bjam failed"

The use of an unprefixed path "/usr" results in an error during the compilation phase (Python.h is not found).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a prefixed installation try USE="python" emerge ">=boost-build-1.51.0"
Actual Results:  
Compilation failure

Expected Results:  
Successful compilation
