"/etc/init.d/udhcp start" gives "chown: `dhcp:dhcp': invalid user." in default config.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge udhcp
2. /etc/init.d/udhcp start




Expected Results:  
create dhcp user and group if it's needed
