sci-libs/shapelib tries to install /usr/bin/dbfdump, but perl-gcpan/DBD-XBase also have a command of the same name (& purpose). I'm filing a bug (despite portageq reporting only one other competing application because for someone working with Shapefiles in perl it is likely they have installed DBD:XBase to support Geo::Shapefile and Geo::Shapefile::Writer, and they may easily be using applications which require shapelib.
