The MD5 sum of dnsmasq-2.4.tar.gz does not match that in Portage. I
emailed the author (Simon Kelley) and he told me that he had slipped in
a small bugfix without changing the version number. He also confirmed
that the MD5 sum in Portage matches the pre-fix release, and the sum
below watches that of the post-fix release:

 Pre-fix:   0e6193da73ede5916216e42a57dbbff4
 Post-fix:  50a0d6372a31d6637b56fbd65fa90942

He also informed me that he would probably be releasing 2.5 in a few
days, after fixing any critical bugs.

Fixed. New tarball may take a little time to propogate to mirrors.
