app-admin/localepurge is a Gentoo project but the old maintainer is retiring so we have no idea where the sources are. It would be nice if we had a git repository to import the sources and continue its development. The current maintainer (Wim Muskee, cc'd in this bug) need to have write access to the repository as well. I suspect he needs to email you his pubkey?
