I have attached this new ebuild and a base Changelog. 
 
Please note that this depends on lwp-1.9, an ebuild I recently submitted (Bug 
4363). 
 
"RPC2, a highly portable and extensible remote procedure call package for 
Unix. RPC2 runs on top of the IP/UDP protocol, and provides support for 
streaming file transfer, parallel RPC calls, and IP-level multicast."  
(-the manual) 
 
This package is used by the Coda networked file system.
