The current version of webalizer-xtended in portage is: "Webalizer Xtended RB21 (08-Dec-2007)" I think this is a bit outdated? Can you please add the current version?

This is so ironic. As a random act of kindness, I just bumped webalizer today. It comes with USE=xtended which adds RB29 extenstion. I see no reason to have both webalizer and webalizer-xtended in the tree, since the former provide the later with just a USE flag. I'm going to suggest to the reporter that he use webalizer with USE=xtended and that app-admin/webalizer-xtended be tree cleaned. Unless there's a good reason not to, I'll p.mask for deletion in 30 days. I'll wait a week for those "good reason" to come in.
Thx, app-admin/webalizer-2.21.02 didn't do anything with the use flag xtended! But with version ~2.23.05 it works as expected. I thing it should be considered stable.

We can't stabilize it right away, we have a 30 day rule. If you want, open a stabilization bug in 30-ish days. Title it =app-admin/webalizer-2.23.05: please stabilize and you can assign it to me, and I'll shepherd it through.
First of all, thank you for the new USE flag. Maybe this belongs in a new bug, but I needed to delete webalizer.current in order to start using Xtended after previously using vanilla. Also, all previous days in the same month need to be processed like 'webalizer /path/to/access_log.1'. http://www.patrickfrei.ch/webalizer/rb15/INSTALL

Converting this to a stabilizaton bug. TARGET="alpha amd64 hppa ppc ppc64 sparc x86" I am also p.masking webalizer-xtended for removal in 30 days because its functionality is totally subsumed by USE=xtended webalizer. Please, last arch don't close the bug to remind me to finally cvs rm webalizer-xtended.
