(x11-base/xorg-server-1.13.0-r1::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) pulled in by
    >=x11-base/xorg-server-1.10 required by (x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.20.13::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge)
(and 1 more with the same problem)

You can't install xorg-server-1.9.5-r1 when you have that version of intel drivers, since xf86-video-intel-2.20.13 requires an xorg-server version of >=1.10. Just do emerge xorg-server instead of emerge =xorg-server-1.9.5-r1 and it should work fine.

I need drivers xf86-video-intel-2.9.1 so install xorg-server-1.9.5-r1
