Attempting to go to chrome://settings causes a hang.

I filed this bug but I'm not sure if they have enough information to debug it, so I'd advise not closing this as UPSTREAM quite yet.  I may even have filed it in the wrong place completely, and at any rate they seem to require some more debugging information that I can't presently provide.
