Doesnt respond to ping either. Setting the SYNC line to a rsync.de.gentoo.org mirror lets me sync from this box (so no DNS problem or something ;) ).

131.254.254.10 isn't in the .de rotation.

Will find out where its at.

Appears to be a dead mirror that wasn't completely removed from DNS.

Removed from rsync.gentoo.org
